Warranty Policy for Purchased Products

Warranty: The validity and type of warranty for each product can be found on the product page of our website. Please check the product's functionality upon receipt and report any issues within 2 business days.

*A product replaced once under warranty will not be replaced again.

Service:

Our products, while original and of the highest quality, may require shared maintenance, especially with frequent use. For example, battery life is approximately 300 charges, coil lifespan averages 7-14 days, and the product's lifespan is influenced by usage patterns.

Refund Policy:

If you decide not to use a purchased product for any reason, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it, provided it remains unused and is still sealed in the original packaging, and you have the invoice/receipt check. You will receive a 95% refund for returned products. Note that refunds do not cover flavor concentrates and other liquids sold on our website. Flavor concentrates and other liquids are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Attention:

An electronic cigarette is a hygienic product; some devices and parts cannot be returned.
Also, liquids, flavor essences, and bases for electronic cigarette liquids cannot be returned,  exchanged or refunded.
Please note, warranty doesn't cover physical damages, made to products, nor damage done by leaking from cartridge.
