This is not ready to use, to prepare it you need to mix it with PG.
How to use:
To get 20% WS-23 mix with PG, use 20% WS-23 powder and 80% PG (by weight).
To get 30% WS-23 mix with PG, use 30% WS-23 powder and 70% PG (by weight).
Be aware:
* to dissolve and mix WS-23 powder with PG you need to heat the mixture.
* the higher percentage of ws-23 you mix the harder it will dissolve in pg.
After the mix is ready, all you need is around 1-2% in your e-liquid.
